"Here is a wonderful recipe for moussaka, a Greek dish. It consists of sliced eggplant baked in a ground red meat sauce and then smothered in a thin white sauce."

Ingredients :

  • floor white pepper, to flavor
  • 1 half of cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/four teaspoon floor nutmeg
